bug #10717: Form->ShowDialog does not show the form as a modal form

Bug #9499 is not related to this one, however it does follow the same code path.

Investigation of #9499 shows me that the Owner property for the child form (2nd form) is being set which allows the TopLevelWindow.cs/TransientFor method to set the appropriate Xlib flag accordingly.  As mentioned in the previous comment, this is more than likely a window manager issue.

Have a look at http://wiki.tcl.tk/3541 and http://www.xfree86.org/4.2.0/XGrabPointer.3.html .

Metacity 2.6.3 has a few fixes for modal windows - but I think  a GrabPointer/Keyboard is what is missing.

My 2 cents.

Form->ShowDialog should show the form modal, but does not.
If U create a first form and call the 2nd form ShowDialog() you can switch back to the first Form. That's not correct.
See sample.
