After so many years... what of this stuff is still valid?
Fonts seem to work reasonably. Alpha channel is shakey.

Dropped this task as I have stopped using GNUstep on Windows some time ago.

Just to keep track of the status. We already have implemented:
- basic drawing
- window handling
- most event handling
- non-native drag and drop
- basic font handling
- native pasteboard interaction

Still missing:
- native drag and drop
- alpha drawing (requires GDI++)
- image cursors
- better font enumeration and font handling
