The file that appears to be corrupted plays just fine when downloaded to my local machine.
At the moment I don't understand why the browser won't play it as well.
As a temporary solution I uploaded and linked from index.html the Opus file that was made available by the organizers of the event. Although the problem is fixed now it would be interesting to learn what caused it. This is why the task is "In Progress" and "Open".

So, TODO: figure out why the file at <http://audio-video.gnu.org/audio/2014-12-29--rms--freedom-in-your-computer-and-in-the-net.ogg> appears to be corrupted.

A heads up that the file at <http://audio-video.gnu.org/audio/2014-12-29--rms--freedom-in-your-computer-and-in-the-net.ogg> is corrupted.
