Hi Jeanne!

You said to Mathieu that the files for this speech recording were
located at

ftp://ftp.gnu.org/home/upload/incoming/other

He couldn't find that directory, nor did I with anonymous ftp.
Perhaps there is some authentication issue preventing us from reaching
it.

Are the files for this speech available somewhere else or should I close
this task?
