You need to run make to generate the resources using the Makefile.

You might have to do it on Linux first.

But how does one run this.  When I run it it complains about not being able to load the resources file.  This definately isnt turnkey

You need to load Python and PyQt for Windows.

You can run it locally on a Linux system just to get the hang of it.
