It'd be nice to have a utility that can help users submit forms, without requiring technical knowledge of query strings, HTML code, percent-encoding, etc. Something that they can point at the page containing the form, that spits out a form they can fill out (or something), which can then be fed back in to spit out (and possibly execute) the appropriate wget invocation.
