bug #66200: Booting EFI shell from GRUB using "chainloader" in Qemu with UEFI boot shows video artifacts if we have all_video

Tue 10 Sep 2024 11:13:53 AM UTC, original submission:   In UEFI boot mode command "insmod all_video" should load "efi_gop" only, and should not load any other video drivers. Here are explanation why we should do this, i. e. description of the bug, caused by current behavior: https://gitlab.com/qemu-project/qemu/-/issues/2562 .
