bug #65074: Installing grub to relative path causes installation to 2 different locations

Fri 22 Dec 2023 07:39:28 PM UTC, original submission:   Installation of the compiled grub as follows: `make install DESTDIR=../grub_installed` makes the modules folder and the info folder installed to the current directory - they should be in the "../grub_installed". Other files are installed to the correct directory.	Mexit <mexit>
