This ticket is starting life "postponed" because I don't see hopeful prospects for its resolution at this time.

• All other documented (by Tuthill) 4.2BSD extensions to ms are implemented in groff ms and have been for many years.
• The macro names `CT` and `TM` collide with Bell Labs uses.  Granted, those are for cover sheet management and we don't support them either.
• But adding Berkeley `CT` and `TM` support would require complicating the package to select between AT&T and BSD dialects of ms, something we have so far largely avoided.
• Volunteers for this work are few.
