I guess this is alright now.

I've added an offset when restoring the Print View position on Microsoft Windows builds. I haven't been able to test how much offset is needed - please provide feedback.
One thing to note however is that you may find that you cannot restore the Print View to a position which results in the window being partly off the monitor it is on (i.e. off the screen at the bottom/right): reduce the beight of the Print View window to make sure it is all on-screen before hiding it.

The position of the Print window moves up each time esc p, esc p is used. After the second use, the top of the window moves out of the range of grabbing or closing.

Thank you for prompting me to look more closely at the re-drawing trouble for the print view after re-configuring it, it was a simple bug, now fixed.

Could you please make this new behaviour configurable, i.e. create a setting to disable/enable it? It has quite annoying side-effects for me.

The print view window's position was not recorded in any way - on re-showing it always defaulted to some position decided by the windows system. I've arranged to intercept the configure-event signal and note the new window position and restore that on showing the window. This does cause a little slowness in re-drawing the window when it is made bigger, but I guess we can live with that.

In Windows 10, if I position the Print View window at the top of the screen, then shift click a note to go to the denemo display, then do esc P, esc P to return to the Print View, the Print View window has moved about an inch lower than it was before.
