Fixed in git, commit 8aea8625, by applying the SHIM also when adjusting the viewport.  (The SHIM avoids using the last row of the edit window when the yes-no prompt is active, to prevent the latter from hiding the cursor or spotlight.)

To reproduce, make your terminal 24 rows high and run:

src/nano --ignore --zero --nohelp  README

Then type: M-R bar <Enter> <Enter>
See that the word "bar", directly above the prompt bar, is spotlighted.
Now type M-X to toggle the help lines on.
Oops.  The spotlighted "bar" disappeared.  The text scrolled one row, but should in this case have scrolled two rows.
