Fixed in git, commit 2f537606, by excluding the MEXECUTE bindings form the tiny version and instead making an MMAIN binding for ^T.

To reproduce, configure nano with --enable-tiny --enable-speller, compile, and then run:

src/nano --speller="aspell -x -c -l en" NEWS

Now try to spell check the file: ^T
Nano says "Unbound key: ^T" and nothing further happens.

Bug exists since version 5.0, since ^T was repurposed to give direct access to the execute menu.  The offending commit is d3954901: "make ^T invoke the "Execute Command" menu, and ^T^T the Speller".

Expected behavior: in the tiny version, ^T should invoke the speller (when the speller has been compiled in).  This is easily possible because the Execute menu is absent in the tiny version.
