The misplacement of the cursor happens for any cut (other than a marked cut -- there it works correctly).

To demonstrate, run 'src/nano --ignore +2,23 README'.
Type ^K ^K ^K M-U.  See that the cursor doesn't hop back to where it was when the first ^K was typed, but sits at the end of the lines were cut as if they were pasted back.

To reproduce, run 'src/nano --cut --ignore +2,23 README'.
Then type: ^K M-U.

See that the cursor gets placed at the end of the line (as if the text was pasted back with ^U), instead of staying where it was.

Bug exists since version 4.9.
