Fixed in git, commit 34d38fe1.

And closing because unreleased.

The offending commit is ac612545: "invert the logic of a symbol, to make more sense".

To reproduce, run 'src/nano --ignore +6,22 README'.
Then type: M-T M-U.

See that the M-U places the cursor at the end of the buffer, instead of leaving it where it was, as it used to do in version 4.8 and before.
