Also, note that the default directory when -p is not mentioned should be SCCS or whatever the environmental variable PROJECTDIR points to. Currently, it defaults to the current directory.

The following command:

sccs -p SCCS get s.foo

should be equivalent to

get SCCS/s.foo

yet instead it does

get s.foo

However, the -d command-line option works properly. Oftentimes, they are used in conjunction.
