To reproduce, configure nano with --with-slang, compiler, and then run 'src/nano --ignore --suspend'.  Then type ^Z.  See that there is no cursor.  Type fg and <Enter>.  Note that the cursor is at the start of the status bar.  Type any key.  The cursor jumps back to where it should be in the edit window.

Expected behavior: there should be a cursor when back at the shell prompt.  And when resuming nano, the cursor should be at the right place straightaway.

Bug exists since version 2.9.0.  (The bug was worse then: there wasn't any cursor at all when compiled with --with-slang.  The invisible cursor inside nano was repaired in version 2.9.2, commit e1b0f2b2, but not the cursor during suspension.)
