Closing this one, as it isn't an issue that affects nano's installed files.

Fixed in git, commit ade93ccf.

(The arrows are a bit thin, even when bolded, which is not so nice.  But the advantage is that they look more like arrows than the triangles did, so people are more likely to understand that they refer to the cursor keys.)

It can be seen, fo example, on a nomadBSD (running from a USB stick).  Point Firefox at https://nano-editor.org/dist/latest/cheatsheet.html, and see that under "Moving around" the left and right arrows for "One word backward/forward" are shown as blocks characters, 2BC7 and 2BC8.

(I've seen it also on a default install of Linux Mint 18. It went away after installing some more fonts.)

Expected behavior: the arrow should be shown also when the system has only the default fonts.
