To reproduce, configure nano with --with-slang, compile, and then run 'src/nano --ignore'.  Then slowly press <Shift+F1>, <Shift+F2>, and so on, to <Shift+F12>.  Note that all keystrokes report "Unknown sequence", but that <Shift+F5> to <Shift+F12> also enter a semicolon into the buffer.

When using --raw, this problem does not occur.  (Note that <Shift+F1> to <Shift+F4> now report "Unbound key" -- F13 to F16 are recognized, but have no default binding.)

This seems to be another manifestation of the Slang keypad() bug that also causes bug #57502 and bug #49771.
