To reproduce, create a ~/.nanorc that contains:

color red "false"
include "/usr/share/nano/*.nanorc"
color red "nogood"
syntax extra
color green "okay"                                                              
set smarthome
color yellow "bad"

Then run src/nano, press ^X, and see that it complains only about the color commands on line 1 and 3, not about the one on line 7.

Bug exists from before version 2.6.1.  Earlier versions didn't even complain about the color command on line 3.
