Now fixed (as far as I could test) with commit b53dffae.

That was the wrong fix, because now the terminal is messed up when data is piped in, like with:

  cat README | src/nano -

Fixed in git, commit b7e2da74.

To reproduce, run:

  src/nano --ignore -

Then first resize the terminal a bit.
Then type: aaa <Enter> bbb ^D ^D ^X ^N

Now type <Enter> a few times, and see that the cursor doesn't move to a new line.

In nano-4.0 and earlier, a resizing of the window would also abort the reading from stdin (and the terminal would  be messed up upon exit).

In nano-2.4.1 things still worked okay (a SIGWINCH did not abort reading and the terminal state would be okay afterward).  In nano-2.4.3 things are bad.  The rewriting of the handling of SIGWINCH in commit 75d64e67 is the likely culprit.
