When running 'src/nano --operating=.' (without any filename) and then typing ^G, nano immediately crashes.  :|

Bug existed since version 2.8.2.

To reproduce, run:

  src/nano --ignore --operating=.  README

Then type: ^G

Result: the text scrolls up one row and the status bar shows "[ Can't read file from outside of /home/ben/Sources/NANO/ ]".

(Bug was found by code inspection.)
