To reproduce, put some wrong command in your ~/.nanorc, then run nano on a Linux VT.  Note the indication of errors in a nanorc file, so exit from nano.  But... on a VT, nano leaves on the screen whatever it put there, it just clears the last two rows, and exits.  The terminal (or ncurses) does not restore what was on the screen before ncurses mode was entered.

Expected behavior: any rcfile error messages should be present on the screen when nano has exited.
