Attached patch provides a new option to cryptomount to specify a detached LUKS header. If given, it's used instead of any header on the LUKS volume. This allows header to be removed from the volume.

It would be nice if support could be added to grub-mkconfig so that if /boot resides on a LUKS-volume with a detached header it will not bail out.
