The cube statistics doesn't use the skill thresh holds when annotating. We could consider adding cube decisions marked as "doubtful/bad/very" lines to the statistics output. But the current output is not wrong per se.

The cube action error counts in the statistics dialog is independent of the skill threshold settings from the analysis settings dialog.
The count of cube errors should decrease when the skill tresholds are increased. This is the case for the checker play errors in the statistics dialog.
