It's there, with the rest of mm, in contrib.

Robert's email address in bug #61025 was taken from a message he posted to the groff email list in August.  This address is more likely to reach him than the one added to this bug in 2008.

Robert, if you have an opinion on the question in comment #2, feel free to comment here, which you can do even if you don't have a savannah account.

Werner submitted this ticket, but Robert Goulding is the actual author of the attached tmac file and the initial bug report: http://lists.gnu.org/r/groff/2002-11/msg00183.html

It appears the tmac file was never added to the source repository.  (The tmac directory contains refer-me.tmac and refer-ms.tmac but no refer-mm.)  Is it complete enough as-is to be useful, or is the reported uncertainty about .XP a showstopper?

[Mike Bianchi asked (http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/groff/2021-02/msg00077.html) who maintains the mm macros, implying it's not him (although he didn't respond to a direct query about this (http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/groff/2021-04/msg00019.html)).  Thus I'm unassigning this mm bug.]

Based on some earlier postings, I've adapted the ms refer support to work
with mm.  The only thing I can't figure out is what to put instead of .XP
in line 68.  I guessed that it might be simply .LI -- but this messes up
the formatting of the listed bibliography at the end.  Can someone fix
this?
