the --html-extension flag appends .html to non-html filenames, but when it's used with the --converted-links flag, the converted links point to the old filenames, not the ones with the .html extension.

this was <a href="http://www.mail-archive.com/wget@sunsite.dk/msg07688.html">reported</a> and later <a href="http://www.mail-archive.com/wget%40sunsite.dk/msg09351.html">re-reported</a> on the mailing list. mauro responded, "this is a serious bug. we should fix it ASAP."
