This job is done and has been pushed to master. A test was also written to make two profiles with a given RA and Dec instead of X and Y. The commit message thoroughly explains the details.

Add options to read the RA and Dec of profiles from a catalog instead of their central position in image coordinates. In this manner one catalog can be used to create several mock images.
