Sat 31 May 2008 07:55:43 PM UTC, comment #2: Well, we currently use a certain cap style and line join which are the defaults before SWF8. In SWF8 they became configurable (which is what this task is about). I don't think it has much to do with pixel hinting though. |

In SWF8, LINESTYLE2 was added which allows an author to specify a particular line styles, i.e. join and cap styles. It also allows scaling and filling of lines. |
