Corresponding source code
When extending from an undefined value, no supertype is inherited. However, it is more likely that the user mistyped a variable/property. Such an incident would be a fairly serious bug in the software, so we should throw an error to notify the developer that they likely did something wrong.
When implementing interfaces, a cryptic error is thrown. Throw a useful error.
For example:
Class.extend( undefined, {} );
Class.implement( undefined );
