Hi,

We did not get a response from you, so we deleted your project from the pending queue.

If you would still like to have your project hosted at Savannah, please register it again.

The re-registration URL found in our acknowledgment of your earlier registration will direct
you to the proper location where you can re-register your project.

Regards.

Hello.

Can you please explain me why you need this project then right now? How could Savannah help your in the "design state" of your project?

We would prefer to review your project when you have got any source code to show to us. Would you accept this procedure?

Regards,

Sebastian Wieseler <kickino>

Sorry about taking so long to reply, but I've been busy with classes and tests. To answer your earlier question about licensing, if you recommend using GPL, that is fine with me. This program is being done for a project for UVa's Computer Science program, so it would need to be done as its own project, not as part of the existing Sudoku Solver project. As for source code, we have a bit of pseudocode done, but we have yet to begin coding

Thanks for your time,

Jug Venkatesh

Hi,

I am waiting for an answer from you.

If within one week I still do not get a reply, I will remove your project.
You will still be able to register it again once you have the time to deal with the registration issues.

Are you still willing to host your project at Savannah?
If not, please tell us - we don't bite, and it will make us gain time.

Regards.

Hello again....
I've figured out that we have allready a Sudoku solver at Savannah.

Please have a look at https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/ssudoku/
maybe you want to contribute to this project before starting a new one? If so you should contact Mike Moreton.

Regards,

Hi,
I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

At first, have you read about Sudoku-Contest in Leipzig [Germany]  (http://wiki.c3le.de/wiki/Sudoku)? ;-)

At second, you shouldn't use the "GNU Free Documentation License" for software but the GPL. Would you like to change this?

At third, you must determine whether your project can run on a Free Software Java suite
(see http://www.gnu.org/software/java/ for more information).

We recommend you to test your project using GCJ and GNU Classpath, and ensure
that your Java code runs on this Free Software Java suite.

GCJ is the GNU Compiler for Java, part of the GCC (GNU Compiler Collection).
The Classpath project aims to develop a free and portable implementation of the Java API
(the classes in the 'java' package).

More information is available at http://gcc.gnu.org/ and http://www.gnu.org/software/classpath/ .

Please provide us with more information about this point.

And last but not least, if you haven't got any source code yet how would you like to use Savannah for your project?

We would like to review some source code before we can approve your project or approve it without source code.

Regards,

Sebastian Wieseler <kickino>
