Hi, I've rebuild the tarball according to your request.

You can find it in the same place:
http://www.nistorica.ro/POE-Component-Client-SMTP-0.10.tar.gz

I appologize for my ignorance ...

Hi,

I reviewed your package and you have the copyright and license notice
missing in all your files, please fix this issue. Keep in mind that
any file with more than 10 lines should carry on a copyright and
license notice, this include any text file, image files, example
files(if they will not be in public domain), etc.

In order to learn more about the GNU GPL consider to read these URLs:

   http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html
   http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Notices.html
   http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/License-Notices.html

On the other hand, the license does not contain the last section,
titled "How to Apply These Terms to Your New Programs".

Please use a complete verbatim copy of the license, which may be found
at http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt,
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/lgpl.txt or
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/fdl.txt.

The license must be copied verbatim and in its entirety.

If you are willing to make the changes mentioned above, please provide
us with an URL to an updated tarball of your project.  Upon review, we
will reconsider your project for inclusion in Savannah.

To help us better keep track of your registration, please use the
tracker's web interface following the link below. Do not reply
directly, the registration process is not driven by e-mail, and we
will not receive such replies.

Regards.

Here is an URL where you can download the latest kit, having the COPYING file in it, together with the Artistic and GPL2 licenses.

Hi, I've been confused by the email message received and waited for another email telling me about approval/rejection.

Didn't think to check here, my bad.

Yup I still want to register the project ...

Thanks.

Hi,

Apologize my last message was wrong, I am waiting for an answer from you.

If within one week I still do not get a reply, I will remove your project. You will still be able to register it again once you have the time to deal with the registration issues.

Are you still willing to host your project at Savannah? If not, please tell us - we don't bite, and it will make us gain time.

Regards.

Hi,

We did not get a response from you, so we deleted your project from the pending queue.

If you would still like to have your project hosted at Savannah, please register it again.

The re-registration URL found in our acknowledgment of your earlier registration will direct you to the proper location where you can re-register your project.

Regards.

Hi,

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

You must added the copyright and license notice at the top of the
file, as you choose the Perl license you can put all the license as
the license notice.

It is recommend to create a file called 'COPYING' where you can put
the license, in this case the Perl license. As this is recommended,
can you please create a tarball(a .tar file) with the .pm and the
COPYING file with any other file you will include with your project?
if you do not have a web space to upload it, please consider to use
the this tracker.

Regards.
