The COPYING file must include the whole license. Please download http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt and change the name to COPYING.

But nevertheless, I have approved your project.  You will receive an automated e-mail containing detailed information about the approval.

As I told you: We will change the name of your project before we approve it. You needn't to change anything on this issue on your own.

You can point us to an URI where you've uploaded your tarball, or attach it on this tracker item or send it to me per mail - your choice.

Look forward to your response and to your tarball.

Hi,

I am waiting for an answer from you.

If within one week I still do not get a reply, I will remove your project.
You will still be able to register it again once you have the time to deal with the registration issues.

Are you still willing to host your project at Savannah? If not, please tell us - we don't bite,
and it will make us gain time.

Regards.

Hello.

We will change your system name while approving it.

And if you are done, please provide us the updated tarball.
Looking forward of it.

Hi,
I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

First, your project is not yet part of the GNU project, so we cannot accept its current name.

While there are non-GNU programs with names that include 'gnu',
such as gnuplot and gnuboy, they are not hosted on Savannah.
We want to maintain the distinction between GNU and non-GNU projects.

When your project is accepted into the GNU project you may change its name. You can do this by asking us.

So which name do you prefer else than "GNUCat"?

In order to release your project properly and unambiguously under the GPL, please place copyright notices and permission-to-copy statements at the beginning of every file of source code. Because in some of your files the copyright notice is missing.

And last the address of the FSF has changed, and is now:

51 Franklin Street, Fifth Floor, Boston, MA  02110-1301  USA

Please update your license notices.

Updates versions of the GPL, LGPL and GFDL can also be found at:
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/lgpl.txt
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/fdl.txt

Please update the copy of the license (usually, the 'COPYING' file) in your package as well.

You can find some background and a possible migration script at https://savannah.gnu.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=3766

Description:

GNUCat (The GNU Catalogue) I would like to do a Book Catalogue, it is full evidence with Publisher and Publications default info included, it has a mc-like view build on ncurses library using a standard hotkey usage. It uses an PostgreSQL database server and it gives an ability to operate with a very huge number of records. It has a features like PSQL (queries, inserts, cursors, etc). It is written in C language and database is in SQL, scripts for prepairing PostgreSQL server to communicate with GNUCat are included, for uninstallation too. I do not have first function version already, but I hope to be in winter, I have written the main graphical interface, make the database and a basic communication already. You can see it here http://www.murphylinux.net/projects/gnucat/GNUCat-0.1.3-test-nocomplete.tar.gz

Other Software Required:
------------------------
ncurses library, libpq-fe (postgresql communication library)

Other Comments:
---------------
I am a student of university, so I do not have so much time I want to have on this project, but when I finish the first functionable version, the progress will be faster.
