Hello.

First, "Linux" is just a kernel of a more complex system that we like to refer to
as GNU/Linux, to emphasize the ideals of the Free Software movement.

For more information, see http://www.gnu.org/gnu/linux-and-gnu.html.

Second, your conclusion is missing. Do you want us to remove your submission?

Look forword to your answer
Regards,

Hi,

Sorry to keep you waiting.

We were thinking about the fact that, since pyon is a learning purpose project, we may want to try various technologies, and probably non-free ones, and that we cannot make sure that the linux platform will not be at a disadventage at some times during the evolution of the project.

As so, the Savannah reporitory doesn't seem to be the best place to share our sources.

Thank you very much for paying attention to our project.

Regards.

Hi,

I am waiting for an answer from you.

If within one week I still do not get a reply, I will remove your project.
You will still be able to register it again once you have the time to deal with the registration issues.

Are you still willing to host your project at Savannah? If not, please tell us - we don't bite, and it will make us gain t$

Regards.

Hi,

Your projects meets the Savannah requirements, except that we cannot review your source code yet.

We can approve it, and review the code in the near future (or better, at your request).
We will among other check if the source files contain appropriate copyright notice and permission-to-copy statements
at the beginning of every file of source code. Our review would help catch potential legal issues early.

If then the source code does not meet our requirements (for example, non-free dependencies),
we will then discuss the issue and possibly remove the project from Savannah.

Is this ok for you?

And last, if you like to use pyxml you should know that not all of it is compatible with the GNU GPL, you had to be careful when using its components.
In case of doubt on the compatibility of a license, you can write a mail to -email is unavailable- for help.

Regards,
