Hello.

Please include the copyright notice in "communication.c", "kiowa_support.c", "queues.c" and "test_xml.c".
And you should add a notice about "borgshare.conf", too. Publishing this under public domain or GNU FDL (at your choice) should be
fine.

But nevertheless I have approved your project.
You will receive an automated e-mail containing detailed information about the approval.

Regards.

Hello.

Please include an copyright notice in every file of the source code, not just in the c-Files but also in the headers (*.h).
And you can delete the LICENSE file, because it is identical with the COPYING file.

The address of the FSF has changed, and is now:

51 Franklin Street, Fifth Floor, Boston, MA  02110-1301  USA

Please update your license notices.

Updates versions of the GPL, LGPL and GFDL can also be found at:
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/lgpl.txt
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/fdl.txt

Please update the copy of the license (usually, the 'COPYING' file) in your package as well.

You can find some background and a possible migration script at https://savannah.gnu.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=3766

Regards.

| You're right.
| What you've analyzed is less than the alpha version of borgshare.
| We'll do all changes you have spoken about in the cvs version,
| after acceptation by savannah.

Hello.
You should do this changes right now, please. Then we will accept this project for including in Savannah.

Regards.

Hi,
I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

In order to release your project properly and unambiguously under the GPL, please place copyright notices and permission-to-copy statements at the beginning of every file of source code.

In addition please include a copy of the plain text version of the GPL, available from
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt, into a file named "COPYING".

For more information, see http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html.

The GPL FAQ explains why these procedures must be followed.  To learn why a copy of the GPL must be included with every copy of the code, for example, see http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#WhyMustIInclude.

And what about the borgshare.conf? I saw a copyright notice inside of it. Is it also available under the GPL? If so please inlcude the copyright-header inside of it.

Regards,

Sebastian Wieseler <kickino>

Borgshare is a P2P software designed for the GNU/Linux platform.
It manages user lists such a way that it'll be possible to connect even if a node closes its connection.
The graph of the users is completed at run time so that each node is not important for other nodes connections.
The main characteristic of Borgshare is the simple web server, implemented for local usage only, to interact with.
So the user can interact with the others (searching a file, download a file, contact another user, ...) simply using a web browser.
No graphics libraries are needed to run Borgshare.
Borgshare is a multithreading software in order to take full advantage of the GNU/Linux platform.
Borgshare is mainly written in C for GNU/Linux.
