Hi Kenneth,

Ok, please resubmit your project when you have all the license
problems fixed. I deleted your project from the pending list so you
will be able to resubmit in the future.

Hi Kenneth,

You wrote that you will return as soon as possible, how much time it
will be? If will take your more than a week, we prefer to delete the
project from the pending projects lists so we keep a little list of
project for review, are you agree with this?

Regards,

Jonathan Gonzalez V. <zeus>

Hi,

I am waiting for an answer from you.

If within one week I still do not get a reply, I will remove your project. You will still be able to register it again once you have the time to deal with the registration issues.

Are you still willing to host your project at Savannah? If not, please tell us - we don't bite, and it will make us gain time.

Regards.

Hi Keneeth,

You must add a file with the X11 license that you can get here:
'http://www.x.org/Downloads_terms.html', so all the user can read the
license.

On the other side, you added the name "Net Group" in the copyright
notice, are you part of this group? or you took the code from this
group and made some modifies? on this case you must keep this
copyright and add another one with your changes, in which case you
must know under what license it is this code.

To finish with the license issue, you must add an license notice under
the copyright notice in all your files. As you choice the X11 license,
and this is very short you can include completely in every file.

If you are willing to make the changes mentioned above, please provide
us with an URL to an updated tarball of your project.  Upon review, we
will reconsider your project for inclusion in Savannah.

Regards.

Hi Kenneth,

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

Can you provide us with an URL to download your tarball? or if you
prefer you can upload it to this tracker.

We wish to review your source code, even if it is not functional, to
catch potential legal issues early.

For example, to release your program properly under the GPL you must
include a copyright notice and permission-to-copy statements at the
beginning of every file of source code.  This is explained in
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html.  Our review would help
catch potential omissions such as these.
