Yes, please remove the project. It will take me some time to add code. I will re-apply in the future.

Thank you, and sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello.

I've seen that your CVS tree is still empty.
Would you like we remove the project or you are still working on it?

When we approved your project, we made it clear that we would review it in the near future, to check its compliance with our policies.

Please reply as soon as possible to this tracker. If within one week we still do not get a reply, we may close the account.

Regards.

Since this is my first project, it took me a while to get a hold of how CVS works. I'll be uploading the first couple of files this weekend.

Thank you!

Hello.

After two months we would like to have your current status of the project.

I've seen that your CVS tree is still empty.
Would you like we remove the project or you are still working on it?

I'm a little bit delayed with the analysis of the system that I have to do for college (UML, etc). The presentation will take place this week, so I should be uploading the first chunks of code in the next couple of weeks. I hope there's no problem with that.

Thanks!

Hello.

I've seen that your CVS tree is still empty and the whole project page, too.
Would you like we remove the project or you are still working on it?

Hi,

I have approved your project for inclusion in Savannah.

We will be reviewing the cvs code in a month to check if the source files contain appropriate copyright notice and permission-to-copy statements at the beginning of every file of source code. Our review would help catch potential legal issues early.

You should get an automated email with more information shortly.

Regards.

Description:
------------
The project consists in the development of an integral government purchases management system which takes into account every process from the emergence of the requirement to the effective use of the acquired goods or the conformity with the results of a contracted service.

The system's objective is to give the greatest possible visibility to the public procurement processes, achieving greater efficiency -greater quality of products or services and better prices- and promoting at the same time the concepts of transparency, involvement, democracy and citizenship.

There is no source code available yet, except for a draft database schema. I'm not sure you'd be interested, but just in case: http://www.tdido.com.ar/sasp/base.sql

Other Software Required:
------------------------
The software will be developed using PHP5, with PostgreSQL as the database engine.

I'm still looking for a GNU-compatible licensed OLAP engine that runs on Free Software... Whenever (if) I find one, I'll use it to extend the analytical capabilities of the system.

Other Comments:
---------------
I'll be working on this project as my college thesis, but my real goal is to get the Argentinian government involved in it as soon as possible. A certain degree of interest has been shown, and Argentina is, because of the current state of public procurement, an outstanding development and testing site.
