I think we can go to the second step and analyze which part of MyServer are involved and shall be changed.  After this we can define smaller tasks and keep a schedule for them.

yes, I wrote a paper. See attached file.

I propose to discuss what to implement from this document and create smaller tasks, dispatch them to developers and schedule to have a time frame for each of them.

Although studies show the benefits of transport parallelism for internet applications in decreasing latency and increasing reliability there are still few implementations available. Also at
layer 7, parallelization efforts have been made with arguable results. In this work, I propose several ways to improve GNU MyServer content delivery performance in three parts:
1. decrease the time information spend under 7th OSI layer(that increase loss probability) by transport
parallelism,
2. increase application layer protocol parallelism allowing efficient hight bandwidth
network utilization,
3. layer 7 protocol aggregation over a single connection.
