libserver has been updated to expose a create_movie taking a tu_file and a noseek_fd_adapter has been provided to make up a tu_file from a filedescriptor.
The Player class has been updated to accept "-" as input filename
in which case will use the noseek_fd_adapter and call the create_movie with that.

Set progress to 90% becase I think the Player class needs a lot
of cleanup and we should make use of the new feature from the plugin.

Well, since standard input is a nonseekable stream, unfortunately you can't retrieve the position (by using ftell()). So alternatively arrangements must be made for such streams (for instance, in class tu_file); the cleanup can still be done for other streams, though.

Forbidding backward-seek would also help implementing get_bytes_loaded() in a saner way (would just get current stream position). -- just my 2 cents.

Just as an alternative idea, we might read stdin into a temporary
file, like the curl adapter does for network streams (also not back-seekable otherwise).
If you complete this bug we might as well change the curl adapter
to avoid storing the data to disk, but consider also the fact
that we might consider that a feature, thus making it optional
to still keep a local copy of streamed movies.

This will mainly be used by the plugin. As we now have the ability to load SWF parts when needed, we can feed Gnash SWF files sequentially (rather than downloading the file and telling Gnash the location). For this purpose, I've decided to use pipes.

The biggest part of this effort is to ensure that Gnash does not seek backwards in a stream. In fact, seeking standard input is an invalid operation. Although we can pretend to seek forward (by reading and ignoring the results), we can't just go back.
