Hi, it looks like the port may be in use or you have no
authorization to bind on it.

Hi,
I am trying to figure out how to send/receive RTP pakcets on unicast address. So I run rtpsend sample on one machine(135.37.255.50):
rtpsend aaa 135.37.255.51 8000 9999 100000
to send RTP 100000 packets "aaa" on port 8000 with start timestamp 9999 to another machine(135.37.255.51).
And I run rtplisten on machine (135.37.255.51):
rtplisten 135.37.255.50 8000
And I always to fault (because of bind to 135.37.255.50:8000 failed).

Any idea how I should do it.
