Last (published) version of the docs can be found at the cdemu repository.

mdf is not format proprietary !!!!
mdf is packages contain : ISO9660 or BIN(2352 or 2448) or CDDA (CD AUDIO)

mds is proprietary format and exists little documentation

MDS is very similar at TOC, because CUE don't support bin 2448 ;)

Please add support for Alcohol 120% (http://www.alcohol-soft.com) mdf and mds CD/DVD-image format as .mdf and .mds images are very popular on peer-2-peer networks it would be great if could parse (and/or extract) these via libcdio. (By the way, I believe MDF and MDS is like BIN respective CUE image files).
