No. That is a subtitle format every Linux video player supports

Thanks for the syntax file.  However... it is useful to just a small number of users.  In addition it is for software that apparently runs only on Windows.  :|  True, the syntax would slow nano down just a little, but... that doesn't tip the balance of usefulness.  Sorry.

What I am curious about, though, is why you switched from vim to nano.  :)
