m4/ax_berkeley_db_cxx.m4: Add 'AC_LANG_ASSERT(C++)' (as suggested by Amir Taaki, thanks!).

This will basically improve the error reporting when the macro
is called without LANG=C++; is also suggested in autoconf
documentation (see:
