Fri 01 Oct 2010 04:31:45 AM UTC, comment #1: It seems there's a slight change needed to get the regexp rules working on Linux. The original was done on OSX and worked fine there. So you need to escape the curly braces for the second "Scopes" rule. Sorry about this :)
