Recently I've got access to a couple of ARM-based platforms and try to compile GNU/EDMA on them. After installing the required development tool, the latest version of GNU/EDMA was successfully built for the OpenMoko FreeRunner (ARMv4) and the BeagleBoard (ARM Cortex-A8).
The hello world test example was successfully executed :). Further testing is still required.

CVS has been update with version GNU/EDMA 0.16.3. This version includes several internal improvements and a license change to the GNU Lesser General Public License version 3.

Greetings,
As many other GNU systems we are planing to update EDMA license to the new LGPLv3. Since LGPLv3 is not compatible with GPLv2-only applications and as EDMA is mainly a library, this update cannot allow this kind of programs keep using EDMA.

GNU/EDMA updated to version 0.15.7-12, fixing compilation problems with gcc-4.0 and va_list issues with 64bits architecture.
Some minor bug fixes were also fixed.

A fist Beta release of GNU/EDMA is available at ftp://alpha.gnu.org . It corresponds to latest CVS version (0.15.7 Rev 7).

CVS was updates with a new version of GNU/EDMA.
There are little changes, this is only another cleanup release for beta testing. Minor bugs were fixed mainly related to installation and some reorganization of directory tree was done
Please report any bug found in the appropriated mainling list

This version corrects some minor bugs and its main aim is testing. So, be free to test this version and report any bug or suggestion on it.

GNU/EDMA CVS has been updated. New version is 0.13.0 which introduces some changes in current API. Main changes in this release are:
- Property/Method lookup performance improvement
- Simple support for per-application class registry
