As discussed in https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=469206, building findutils-4.5.11 on OS X will fail due to lack of an unlinkat function. The find/pred.c file requires that function unconditionally. Previous releases apparently shipped that file due to some gnulib-internal dependencies which seem to have changed since then. The clean solution would be explicitely importing that module so you can rely on that function.
