I often use grep -2 and grep -v
but grep -v -2 dont work

I want to ignore results with -v and ignore 2 lines around the ignored pattern with -2

my example :
tail -f /var/log/snort.alert | grep -v -2 ip_adress

I think this should allow me to ignore 5 lines ( 2 lines around the matching ignored ip adress )

I'm not sure if this is a bug report or a feature request, but this could be useful to many people since no ngu/linux command line seem to do this.
