This appears to still be a problem in the 0.9.16.010 version. I have adjusted the settings in the admin control panel as well but users cannot see my group when creating a ticket and the forced preferences are not forcing... (users can still choose a group of which they belong to assign the ticket).

In the Trouble Tickets module (tts) as an ordinary user I have created default values for the 'Assign to:' 'Priority:' and 'Group:' fields. These are not, however, being picked up when a new trouble ticket is created.
