There's no reason to report --no-overwrite-dir as conflicting with either --keep-old-files or --skip-old-files. If any of these three options is passed, then the metadata for pre-existing directories will not be updated. (--keep-old-files and --skip-old-files do of course still conflict with each other.)

The attached patch adds logic to effectively silently ignore --no-overwrite-dir whenever either --keep-old-files or --skip-old-files is passed.
