Parts of the documentation are out of date as they refer to offsite resources that are no longer available (e.g., the STUMP mailing list). The list of STUMP-moderated newsgroups may also be out of date. There may be other aspects of the documentation that need revising. |

- Installation requirements now include the Email::Address Perl module (version >= 1.910), as per bug #59279.
