The glyph of U+2E49 DOUBLE STACKED COMMA should look like two stacked commas. The current glyph is based on the one in the Unicode code chart, which uses a Church Slavonic style, but the character is prototypically two commas and its glyph should harmonize with that of U+002C COMMA.

David,
I have added this glyph to the changes. With three Unifont 13.0.x releases in a little over four months, I am thinking of waiting until early October for the next release (approximately one quarter after the previous release). That will give a little break after the initial somewhat rapid release succession of Unifont 13.0.1..3.
Thank you,
Paul Hardy
